A special offer to members of ZOZO shopping network in Japan - a limited edition collaboration from Japanese retailer SHIPS and U.K.’s classic footwear label Clarks. The SHIPS x Clarks Limited Edition, modeled after Clarks’ classic Desert Boots, features steel blue premium leather on a all natural rubber sole. In order to attain the unique steel blue colorway, the leather hide was not painted or dyed. Instead, a special wax was rubbed into each hide. This time consuming process gave the boots a well-worn characteristic and natural barrier against water. Furthermore, wearer can polish the boots without additional application of shoe polish.
