The contest, now in its 4th year is open to people from any country in the world. The winner will be selected by a high power panel of judges including Kashiwa Sato, architect Tadao Ando, and the avant-garde novelist Yayoi Kusama. To enter, go to <http://ut.uniqlo.com/utgp>.
