STREET STYLE: BERLIN ON ACID

We dont know what's going on in Europe! We haven't been there in a while but the news we've been getting makes it look like everyone is just up in wild neon colors and going crazy on some retro '80s acid trip... The kids over at Stil in Berlin have documented some crazy aerobics movement going on in streets and laundromats of the German capital.  Are they for real?
