Barking Irons debuted its SS08 collection at the (capsule) show and we love the way the brand has evolved from just graphic  T-shirts to a full collection. Taking inspirations from one of NYC's most colorful and rebellious personalities, Walt Whitman, the collection incorporates Whitman's poetry into the graphics, while updating elements of late 19th century fashion pieces into a thoroughly modern collection. Fabrics are soft, washed and faded, while graphics reflect a bygone era. We've got more pics after the jump.
