This season at (capsule) Vegas, we’re happy to have everyone’s favorite craftsmen-brothers back again, Chris and Kirk Bray of Billykirk.  The Brothers Bray were kind enough to give us an advance look at some of the pieces they’ll have on hand at the Venetian next week from their upcoming Fall 2010 collection.  This time around, they’ve worked with some new materials previously unseen in their earlier efforts, including plaid waxed cottons, waxed leathers and Cordovan leathers from Horween, the famed Illinois tannery.    Also new for fall is a padded briefcase, and an updated version of the brand’s Padded Lap-Top Flight Bag in plaid waxed cotton with cognac waxed leather straps.  Rounding out the collection are merino wool hats hand-knit in Vermont, mini U-Lock holders and a pair of classic leather journal covers.  Have a look at these pieces and more below — but to fully appreciate the craftmanship of Billykirk, we recommend stopping by (capsule) Vegas to see them in person.  (Steve Dool)
