Brooklyn-based Amongst Friends comes back with a FW10 collection of rugged outerwear, shirting and accessories equally at home in both city streets and the snowy hills that provided the backdrop for the season’s lookbook.  Founder and designer Mikol Stambaugh continues to reference urbanwear, seen here in raglan hoodies and New Era baseball caps.  But, together with fairisle knits, coated canvas hunting jackets and a tweed, three-button blazer, the overall effect is a well-rounded combination of preppy influences with a nod toward classic Americana.  Amongst Friends will be represented (and representing) at (capsule) Las Vegas.  Check them out there, and take a closer look below.  (Steve Dool)
